We’re Alex and Nick, and we raise multispecies livestock: pasture-raised poultry, grass-fed and finished lamb and beef, pigs in silvopasture, and outdoor-grown shiitake mushrooms using soil-first, ecologically sound practices that improve biodiversity and strengthen the local food system.
