Not all chicken is the same, and it starts with the bird itself. Most grocery-store chicken comes from fast-growing industrial breeds bred to reach size in about six weeks, often indoors.
We raise Freedom Rangers instead: a hardy, slow-growing breed descended from traditional European free-range stock, built to do what chickens are meant to do: roam, forage, and grow at a natural pace.

Because they take their time, Freedom Rangers develop flavor you can taste: firmer texture, richer color, and depth of flavor, with the kind of well-marbled dark meat you don’t get from a supermarket bird. They’re active, curious, and happy outdoors, which makes for a healthier animal on and off the plate.
Our birds live the way they should. We raise them in chicken tractors on open pasture and move them to fresh grass regularly, so they always have room to roam, bugs to chase, and greens to forage.
We supplement their foraging with a locally milled non-GMO, soy-free feed, and they’re raised without antibiotics or added hormones. The result is chicken we’re proud to deliver to your door.

Current Delivery Area
Home delivery is available to customers in our designated delivery zones. Orders outside eligible areas may be canceled or converted to farm pickup. Deliveries occur during scheduled monthly fulfillment windows. Customers will receive advance notification before delivery dates.
